I found out that Bacula has multiple interactive utilities and consoles such as the BCONSOLE, BAT, BIMAGEMGR, BWX-CONSOLE, BGNOME- CONSOLE, TRAY-MONITOR, BWEB BRESTORE, and the BACULA-WEB which did satisfy me, but one thing that seriously dissapointed me on the other hand is the absence of a GUI or a WEB utility which would allow me to control the configuration part of BACULA; like creating and defining clients, creating and defining storage targets or creating and defining file sets!

 Thus every time I had to perform any other activity, I had to make changes in the configuration file(bacula-dir.con) which proved to be a headache sometimes!

A major point in using this program, lies in the fact that, this Open Source Backup Recovery Software is scalable from a small single computer system to systems consisting of hundreds of computers located over a large network. A benefit of this Free Backup & Data Recovery Software is that it gives its users enough freedom to customize it the way they want to.
