There is also an option for ‘force mail checking’ which you can by simply left-clicking on the biff window or applet.You can start the mail application by double right clicking on biff window or applet. A nice thing about the program is its user interface looked very straightforward. The whole interface seemed quite attractive and colorful and was no doubt pleasant to work with.

Although, I speak on behalf of the software, it must be made clear that the software still needs a few more things to become complete, for example, no option is provided to delete any mail from within the software, and, the inability to check arbitrary IMAP folders for new mails with gnubiff!
